Note:

• Trailer towing will affect handling, driveability, and fuel economy.
• The following special maintenance needs to be performed IN ADDITION to the normal maintenance found in the Dodge Owner's Manual:
  1. Change transmission oil and filter every 12,000 miles.
  2. Change rear axle lubricant every 12,000 miles*
• Read "Trailer Towing Requirements" of Dodge Owner's Manual before towing.

*The Shelby Dakota is equiped with a limited slip differential. They require a friction control additive. Shelby Automobiles recommends a hypoid gear additive when changing rear axle lubricant.
